Obermatt CRM is an internal application provided by Obermatt AG to its authorized users for managing the company’s business contacts and related sales activity. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Access is limited to staff and collaborators whom Obermatt AG has authorized. You agree to use the application only for Obermatt’s legitimate business purposes and to keep the data it contains confidential.

Google Contacts integration

Connecting a Google account and syncing contacts is optional and is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the contacts you choose to copy into your own Google account and for managing them there.

No warranty

The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Obermatt AG is not liable for any loss arising from its use to the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
